If you’re looking for some guidance and real accountability, this is for you. If you’re moving through sickness or diagnosis, this is for you too. I'm only interested in getting to the root cause and making lifelong lifestyle changes. I'm not into fads or crash diets. I'm into moderation, deep awareness of the body, and an open mind to take off beaten paths on your health journey. We will set goals and smash through false limitations. Together, we will create a customized roadmap for your optimal health.

This is a 3-month minimum commitment. Why three months? Science tells us that it takes 30 days to break a habit. The yogic sciences tell us that it takes 40 days to create a new habit. After 3 months, you’ll be charged up and armed with a plethora of knowledge and new skills to keep you on your path to permanent change.

I will teach you how to read and decode confusing nutrition labels.

A personalized roadmap, including both short- and long-term goals, to keep you motivated and focused every step of the way.

Some points of focus: biohacking, sleep schedule, breathwork, circadian rhythms, movement, hot therapy, cold exposure, EMF exposure, hormone health, emotional health, fasting, nutrient-dense foods, routines, circadian fasting, etc.
